This is not required for SCD Liberty. SCD is rather unique and is based on many

years of scientific research. Naturally you will find similarities in other

diets but the protocols differ. Soaking rinsing and preparing beans according to

the directions will deal with eliminating the starch while leaving the

beneficial fiber and nutrients.
