Guest guest
Amy, your daughter made me smile. Nothing like our precious children to motivate us to do our best, especially when they are looking on and cheering you from the sidelines. How precious she must be. Guest guest
I think your daughter is in league w/ to shame both of us. Fortunately, is a little less in my face about it. He has a great gym teacher (yes, such a species does exist - I certainly did not know it until this year...) who has him really inspired to hit the gym with me. I find is very annoying... I do much better at open air walking... Unfortunately, unless I can do paperwork or some mindless memorization, treadmill stuff gets really boring for me. On the other hand, I can easily do a ten mile bicycle ride around the south end of SF bay without thinking about it.... much to 's annoyance. Cy Well it only took 5 days and.... > My 9 year old daughter saying " Hey Mom I just did over a mile on the > treadmill, how far are you going tonight??
