Guest guest
My normal leader is on vacation this week, and her substitute told us about some of the new cookbooks WW has come out with. They have a CROCK POT cookbook ... and a " Simple " cookbook (basically meat & potatoes) .... They're available at the WW Center here in State College, PA. I have a couple WW cookbooks ... some paperbacked 8x11 " ones that seem really easy. One SEASONAL cookbook which covers the fruits & veggies available for that season (here in the US we can get just about anything in any season; however, there are still 'best' seasons for things [like summer corn]). I like that book. I also have an OLD WW cookbook from the 70s. When I want to 'get back to basics' I use that book. It's recipes are far more strict than the program today. Hope I helped some ....
