10 cents on every pack of cigarettes

$ 2.00 for each lap dance (sorry Mike )

All of these (except the last) I am not kidding about.

Do not give this money to anybody but a state board of EMS with members

appointed by the Governor who is responsible for their own budget.

every rifle, $5 for every shitgun, and $10 for every handgun sold also?
