Zanna--brother in MA

Zanna,

Being an " old " former Massachusetts girl myself I'm just wondering where your

brother lives. I

still have quite a few close relatives and friends there. We all lived not too

far from Worcester,

MA. It is beautiful there but you can't have everything where one lives. Sure

there's wonderful

greenery with gorgeous fall colors most years but there's also high humidity (I

know a lot of the

country has that too). However....I'll bet this year they're a tad drier than

usual---as least

according to my cousin and according to the report on the news the other night

that all New England

is suffering.

There's other wonderful things about Massachusetts that Colorado doesn't have:

real water (lakes)

to swim in, ocean (my son said CO would be perfect if it had the ocean),

history, frappes, tonic,

" the " accent, Necco wafers, but.....I do not, absolutely do not, especially now,

miss the

humidity!!!!

Zanna, I still have days when I can't sleep because I've " overdone " myself and

my legs/arms burn and

hurt. And here I am 5 years down the road and tapeing prednisone. Don't mean to

discourage but is a

long-term assignment most likely and one just has to learn to say " NO " I can't

do that anymore.

Sometimes there will come circumstances you absolutely can't control and you'll

have to mush through

it knowing that it too will end.

Best wishes to you and your dh on the counseling. Go for it--both of you are

sure worth it!!

Oh my! You are right. I haven't had chocolate today either. One should not type without the influence of chocolate!!!!
