It happens I made " franks and beans " yesterday. it was a long process but well

worth it Results of following directions-- No gas!! :-)

I soaked my beans overnight and rinsed well., simmered them in water for 2

hours adding NO SALT!.

then combined them with legal veal hot dogs made by a local butcher

Added one slice uncooked bacon, a few slices of onion, 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard,

honey to taste and tomato juice to cover

baked them 1-1/2 hours covered in a 350 oven and uncovered them for an

additional 30 minutes.

They were scrumptious and there were enough leftover beans and sauce to enclose

in a pancake made of one egg for this morning's breakfast.
