Guest guest
Hi Rose, I just place " raw " cashew nuts in a blender and go slowly. It first turns in to flower, after a little while it turns into to butter. If it is not moving along, I stop the blender, mix it and restart. I do not use any oil with it, and it comes out perfect. You can also buy it at some HFS. But I prefer to do it myself. Some people use a food processor. It is easier if you do a small amount at the time. Hope this helps. Nut Butter Recipe? Hi! I wanted to make the Cashew and Pear Pancakes from SCDRecipe.com, but I have no idea how to make nut butter (or if I can make the pancakes without egg yolks). Can anyone tell me how to make nut butter? Thanks! ALso, has anyone had the experience of their child having pee accidents with pears? It usually happens with us for high phenol foods, but she only eats pears, chicken, and beef patties...I can't imagine where the accidents are coming from?! --Rose For information on the Specific Carbohydrate Diet, please read the book _Breaking the Vicious Cycle_ by Elaine Gottschall and read the following websites: http://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info and http://www.pecanbread.com

I know that many parents have reported a decrease in night accidents and even daytime accidents when they begin magnesium supplementation.
