Things have changed.... Immediately after my surgery my greatest concern was

how am I too swallow these pills. I am glad he decided to go IV with so many

things. As for vitamins, I use the Centrum and currently take three a day.

I was having problems with constent coldness... just could never warm up.

Dr. R suggest increasing to three and it helped.

I was not told that, but only suggestion I have is to call the maker of the

vitamin to see if crushing the pill could affect the effectiveness... same

goes with any other medicine, please check with the pharmacy to make sure the

medication is not available in liquid form and if not, how would crushing

affect it...

I take the Wal-Mart brand too, but I have a stupid question. If the GNC

brand is better (and way more expensive) why do you have to take twice as

many as the OneSource?

hey post ops

have you ever been told to use a pill crusher for the vitamins??? I was

wondering if this would make digestion easier??

you are sooo silly !!!! yes I got a little sleep but if this Kaiser

thing doesn't get over with soon, I am going to be racking up some

Hey gang

I want to say thank you for the support and yes I AM BACK!!!!! Forgive

me if I am still sulking and don't congratulate everyone, but I truely

am happy for you. On the plus side, you all are giving Dr R more

practice to perfect his technique before he gets to me!!!!!!! I know he

will get to me too, it will just take longer than I had hoped. But God

never gives us more than we can bear......so I am still hanging in.

As far as the NC Insurance Comm, they have not been a big help. They

will tell me something is against the law (Ex. putting me through 2

first level appeals for the same surgery request) and they send a

letter to Kaiser and Kaiser sends back a reply and that is it!!!!! The

NC Ins Comm says it is illegal but they are not able to " take legal

action " ............Shows how stupid I am, I thought that was what they

were there for!!!!!

Anyway, I love you all. I would not have made it through the past days

without you and I am not just saying that. The way the medical

profession has treated me and then ignored my mental state today, it is

a wonder I didn't do something stupid. I know that you guys are the

only thing that keep me sane.............I truely have love in my heart

for each and every one of you...
