I have always recomended PTOS it was created by therapist for therapist. Check

out thier website.   They also have a scheduling system.  I was a billing

manager for a very busy out patient practice with two facilites and found them

to be very competive and thier staff very competant.  I highly recomend them.

Subject: Billing Software/Documentation Software

We are trying to set up an outpatient PT/OT clinic and the basic

question arises: " Can billing be done In-House, (in our specific case

to Palmetto)? " Can anyone in the group give us a name or names of

some user friendly and cost effective software products (solutions)

that will enable our staff to bill electronically to Medicare along

with a basic documentation program, preferably from the same vendor?
