" We have to hold on the yogurt still because he showes a +3 IgG

allergy to casein. "

Try nut (almonds OR macadamias OR hazelnuts OR any combo) yoghurt.

Recipe on www.pecanbread.com (recipes, scroll down) OR detailed

instruction sheet through me. Beware: the yoghurt you make at home -

nut or normal milk - is sheer power. Very alive. Go slow, be ready

for at least some die off that should not be confused with

intolerance.

Regina,

That's great new on the no yeast, no clostridia.

As for the probiotics, the CP acidophilus.

And for egg free baked goods, have you checked the recipes on

pecanbread.com? There is a section of egg free baked goods

on there.

" As for the recipes, I have checked them, but we can't use nut

flours yet and I think they all use them. I am looking for ones

using nut butters. "

Many of the moms have tried using nut butter instead of nut

flours in the recipes and everyone says that they turn out just

fine.

So, don't let the " flour " part scare you away. Just use the exact

same amount of nut butter and have fun baking!!

:)
