Rose - Sara's diet WAS: Is Pineapple Phenolic?

Rose, what is Sara's diet? Just wondered because my son also gets a

hard coating of plaque on his lower front teeth even though he has them

cleaned every 6 months and we floss them every day. It seems to only

take about a month after they've been cleaned and the plaque is back

again.

Is Pineapple Phenolic?

We did Sara's diet for a short while

(about the 3rd month of SCD) and I think we may go back to that

because I found it was the first time that they didn't have a hard

coating of plaque on their teeth since going on SCD.

How can you do Sara's diet and SCD at the same time? I thought Sara's

diet was mostly just chicken, rice and potatoes but I guess I am

wrong. What foods did you use?
