,

I think it might still be early for dairy. The usual recommendation

is to wait 12 weeks, especially if you came from a dairy free diet.

What kind of reaction do the girls get when they have casein? If it

is a true, allergic reaction (hives, respitory problems, etc.),

please don't give any at this point. Are you giving any

probiotics? That might be a good first step.

-they have major GI distress and eczema from diary. i have not taken

the leap into probiotics. i called kirkman re thiers they said it was

grown on mulch. my girls had hives all last summer from their

digestive enzymes, which i discovered are grown on mold spores. my

girls arehighly allergic to mold. so i am nervous to try kirkman's

probiotics. i haven't done any further research. any recommendations

for a safe probiotic for them?

I would contact Harry from custom probiotics. You can get his

number on his website, www.customprobiotics.com He sells the

l.acidophilus which is legal. I'm not sure how he makes it but it

is dairy-free. He will sell you half a jar if you ask.
