I sure wish there was a way to search those recipes by ingredient.. it would make it easier! I'm just spoiled by my little pocket pc cookbook.. I give it some ingredients and it pops out a list of recipes. I had bought a pack of 'lactose free' cheese.. it's just soy cheese.. the havarti is aged and lactose free it says so on the package Do any of you know of some brands that are aged 30 days? Or is it the nature of the cheese.. like those particular kinds are always aged that long? Elaine has even put in italics to show which cheeses can be used freely, and which can be used occasionally. Soy cheese is illegal. Sorry, I don't know what brands to recommend, as I live in Canada. I was just trying out the lactose free items to see if they indeed made a difference.. It;s funny it's like he knows it's not good for him he refused to eat it!
