Thanks I am not exacting about adding vinegar and honey to tomato juice. It depends on what size tin of tomato juice. Whatever the amount be cautious with the vinegar. You can add these things after the juice has been simmered to the consistency you wish and taste test it. ( It is the bain of Jody's existence that I am not always exacting about amounts of ingredients as busy moms want to know precisely! :-) Carol F. Celiac, SCS 2 3/4 years.
