Connie Honey Mustard Grilled Salmon Honey Mustard Grilled Salmon Here is a low calorie meal that tastes great! here is a great recipe I have found to cook at home. Add some sautéed veggies, a big salad and some mixed fruit for dessert and you have one of my favorite meals. Honey Mustard Grilled Salmon 4 oz salmon 1 tsp honey 1 tsp Dijon mustard 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar 1 clove garlic Coat both sides of fish in mixture and marinate for at least 2 hours... or you can make this dish in the morning and put in the refrigerator to marinate until dinner. Grill or broil until salmon is flaky, but not dry, about 3 minutes per side. Servings 1 Calories 157 Fat 3.9g Cholesterol 59mg Sodium 196mg Carbs 7.8g Fiber 0 Protein 22.6g Weight Watcher points 6 To touch the sole of another human Being, is as close as you can get to Heaven on earth!
