Guest guest
These are basic and simple but I am always looking for ways to get food in to my daughter. I am cooking the small peeled carrots now and adding them in with the fruit purees. She will not eat plain veggies............even carrots. I also add some cooked carrots in the blender with the smoothie. She likes the taste when it is mixed with pear or mango. Found some Applegate Deli Turkey at Whole Foods yesterday and had them slice it not too thin or not too thick. I am rolling up the slices and cutting them into little rounds. She seems not to gag so much on this meat and it may be handy for school lunch. I am always open to any food ideas that you all want to send because it gets boring with the same stuff and also want her to have a good balance.
