Teeth Staining from Biofilm Protocol?????

Has anyone experienced teeth staining in their children. Our grandson has been following the biofilm protocol (Enzyme, Edta, Lactoferrin) for the last 2 months with great success and just recently began taking Valtrex which is also showing promise except we have just noticed his front teeth now have brown stains in the enamel. Could this be because we stopped giving him Calcium for this short period while on the biofilm protocol or could there be another reason we might not be aware of. He has been on the SCD diet for almost a year now and taking many many supplements.
