Doctor at J.J.HOSPITAL needs counseling about talking with PLHA

Dear FORUM,

It seems some of the doctors needs counseling about talking with PLHA.

Today one PLHA was arrived in J.J.HOSPITAL for 2nd Line ART Treatment.

When he meet to Medical Officer for treatment….

(That Medical Officer to whom Government Of India awarded

with " PADMSHREE AWARD " .)

That Medical Officer asked some Questions to PLHA who went for 2nd

Line Treatment.

1) Why are you come here after taking treatment from Private

sector Doctor?

2) I know 95% people become HIV+ due to sexual relation with

Commercial Sex Worker..

When our active Member of PLHA FORUM from Sangali try to convince

them and asked " How can she told reason of HIV+ status when she

don't know any matter? " Then she asked THIRD QUESTION

3) Then, tell me how you become a HIV Positive?

Dear members, Can she ask such questions?

The PLHA member is mentally disturbed because of her Attitude.

How this doctor can use such language with PLHA?
