Rhode Island is a very nice state <giggle>

okok...so it's both hot and cold here, darnit!

And today it's raining and ugly outside. Time to start packing a little. In the middle of all this health fun, I'm actually having to pack and move not only myself, but my Dad who had a cardiac arrest in March. We're moving to a new place so I can better look after him, although, for a man who had to have the paddles 3 times, and who will be 80 in 2 months, he has more energy and stamina than I do.

Wow...now I'm really depressed HAHAHAHAHA

-- Re: Re: YIKES!!

We haven't decided on a state, for sure yet... is a southern gal, Texas, I'm a northern gal, Minnesota... I can't tolerate heat. She can't tolerate cold.....

so we still have to come up with a compromise state!

heheheh

These are good thoughts. I used to have a list of agencies etc. that issue grants and such for every state. If you'd like to share with me which state you're in and/or where you want the clinic opened, I'd be happy to dig through my stuff to see if I still have them. This is really a project worth getting off the ground.

I live with my 83 year old Mom and trust me, I know

what you mean about them having more stamina that we

do. My Mom shops until *I* drop.

Hahaha Kathy, I believe it. I think there is something about that generation that just refuses to quit or be sick for very long. I wish I had inherited it instead of my mother's thyroid issues (although she had Grave's)

Yeh, and even the fact that this doctor is not concerned about it all makes

me think that the doc wants his/her license pulled. Begging for a State

Board Review?????????? I just don't get it, neither do I want to get it.

I don't really want to get it either. It's discouraging to say the least. It's downright depressing to say the most.

These doctors just don't understand or WANT to understand what it feels like. You can bet if they felt this lousy, they'd be jumping through hoops to find out what made them feel better - even if it was "outdated" medicine.

Sheeeeesh.
