Guest guest Posted May 3, 2004 Report Share Posted May 3, 2004 Hello to everyone reading this, 4 days to start the diet as getting organised and want to do it right anyway.... Tried Callum with dates with almond kernals in them looked really nice.. had to laugh his face was a picture screwed up frowning and allsorts, Callum do u like those... reply shaking of the head (nah) Thought ok, ill try again later.. 5mins later, he appears from the kitchen carrying the box.. I said.. do you want another, he grins. He had atleast 4-5. I JUST LAUGHED TO MYSELF.. Next tried him with a teaspoonful of peanut butter, same reaction, so asked do you want some more, so he nods and give him another teaspoonful.. Tomorrow ill try him with an Olive.. I would like to able to say i would try this diet but im sorry cant eat nuts and hate the smell/taste, not got an allegy or anything just dont like the smell or taste, so he has never tasted any kind of nut produces,, hope that doesnt make me a bad mum. Just a gentle reminder to everyone that dates, being dried fruit are something best started later, after the intro diet and dried fruit in general should only be used occasionally and only if there is no sulfite sensitivity.
