Guest guest Posted July 27, 2003 Report Share Posted July 27, 2003 A big THANK YOU to those who posted advice and suggestions about my dilemma with weighlifting and being stuck at current weight all summer. After reading what you all wrote I think I will increase the amount of walking and biking I do and decrease the strength training. I don't want to lose the nice muscle development I've experienced but don't want it to interfere with the weight loss. Will only do the weights every other day this week and see what happens.
