These agencies and lawyers know this they are trying to take a short cut that could leave you in jeopardy. OSHA, RRC, HIPAA I need help from those of you that may have been confronted with this subject. How does HIPAA affect the release of information to the Texas Railroad Commission and OSHA. We are dealing with request from Lawyers, Investigators, OSHA, and RRC. Lawyers and investigators must provide a notarized release, but we do not know what, if anything is required from OSHA and RRC in order to release information. Be paranoid these are not your good old boy attorneys they know what they are suppose to do to request that data.
