Hi le, Lots of parents see immediate improvements, like better stool. The improvements we saw at once were also better stool, more speech, better eye contact, more play, more 'being there' at the dinner table. Right after that came the die off, but that was not at all severe. It lasted about 10 days as I recall. I think the reaction is not as great because of him being GFCF and on enzymes prior to doing SCD.
