Just a follow-up to let you know that the Texas Board of Health did propose

the EMS/Trauma System Rule packet yesterday for a 30 day comment period.

The next step is publication in the Texas Register - I will let you know

when that occurs so that the end date of the comment period is known.

In the meantime, anyone can go ahead and submit comments to me by email

The EMS Regulation and EMS/Trauma System rules proposed by the Texas Board

of Health at their January 2004 meeting were published today in the Texas
