Oils in general are okayed, even ones like corn oil because the SCD illegal parts are not in the oil, but some like flax seed oil are not recommended because they go rancid fairly quickly. Other oils like olive oil, coconut oil etc. are recommended because of their health benefits. Best thing to do is do a little research on your own and find out possible pros and cons on the evening primrose and borage oils. If you are still concerned tell us what you found out and we'll see if we can help work through it.
