Guest guest
Jody, Thank you for contacting Larry at Kirkman's. Looks like Kirkman's new probiotic formulation may be ok even though there is a corn derivative in it. I guess every parent can decide on their own. I will copy Larry's response to CK2. I thought it had bifidus which Elaine doesn't want us to use because it has a tendancy to overgrow. I could be wrong, but just want to clarify that even though the corn issue may be resolved - I'm still thinking this product is not " SCD legal " . Of course, if parents still want to use it - that is absolutely their choice. son - 5yo ASD, SCD one year+

The product seems to be free of di- and polysaccharides, but it is not actually legal because it contains strains of bacteria that are not recommended by Elaine. And you are also right that each parent has to decide what he/she thinks is best. Jody mom to -5 and -7 SCD 15 months
