Where are the recipes for the turkey salad and cheesecake? Terri

> OH MY WORD!!!!!!! Mom made me the SCD cheescake, with the lemon

zest in it, she didn't even bother with a crust, just baked it in

the glass pie dish... HOLY COW!!! This is SOO good! I don't know

why I didn't make it sooner. Well, yes I do... I've been too busy

making things Luke and the kids can eat and just not even thinking

of making something just for ME. But eating SCD keeps me feeling

good in the tummy area - and going illegal makes me feel BAD again,

so I'm sticking legal, no more eating out either, what a nightmare.

She made me the turkey salad too, YUM!! Anyway, if you're going on

the diet with your kids, every once in a while make something just

for YOU! :) :)

Cheesecake is in BTVC (page 104 in my older Edition 8) Jodi Bager in Toronto

makes hers with dripped yogurt for a creamier texture. Is this the type of

cheesecake you mean?

Turkey salad would be cubed turkey with veggies of choice added like diced

celery and onion and then SCD mayo. You could also add walnut or pecan pieces

and diced apple or pear.
