Carla,

On pecanbread.com, the recipes are organized by category and

the categories are alphabetized.

So, the banana pancake recipe will be found in the PANCAKE

section.

The muffin recipes are in the MUFFINS section.

I have never used the balsamic vinegar recipe. Sorry, I can't be

of help with that question.

I can't help with the balsamic vinegar recipe. The Chicken muffins

are on pecanbread.com, recipe section, under MEAT. They are

actually called Chicken cupcakes there.

There are Banana Peanut Butter pancakes under PANCAKES on

pecanbread.com recipe section, but the more intro/stage 1 Banana

Pancake recipe (no nut butter) is in the book - BTVC.

Since most people only do the intro diet for a couple of days, no,

the recipes are not really collected anywhere. If you look here:

http://www.pecanbread.com/foodprep.html#intro

There is a good list of ideas for what sorts of things you can eat

on teh intro.

For going out, in the early weeks (before nut flour), I took sneaky

veggie pancakes (pecanbread.com), or gelatin cubes (it keeps

amazingly well - try leaving it on your counter for a few hours,

you'll be surprised). I usually travel with an insulated lunchbag

and ice pack.

Soon you can do very ripe bananas, they are easy to carry around.

Also the meringue cookies (Cecelia's Crunchy Meringues from

scdrecipe.com Cookie section, or HEather's meringues from

pecanbread.com cookie section) work well to send somewhere as

snacks, or carry around (don't require refrigeration).

Carla,

The startup foods are so simple they don't require many recipes. The

Cheesecake,

Chicken Soup and variations of Baked Apples are in the recipe section of

BTVC.

Others are in the recipe link at:

http://pecanbread.com/foodprep.html
