For us, in the beginning I learned those high salicylate foods caused some real problems, I took them out and a lot of those issues have resolved. Being on SCD and the diet is so limited you are able to see which foods cause problems much easier. You may have to do a trial of being low salicylate or either try the enzyme " no-fenol " . Check out this website: www.enzymestuff.com, you can also check out www.danasview.com . There are links to the Feingold diet as well as other sites listing the amounts of phenols in different foods.
