I don't know about Diamond's shelled nuts, but I do know that dry roasted nuts are illegal because apparently they usually have some kind of starch added in the dry roasting process. At my bulk store it says, " potato starch " right on the label on the bin for the dry roasted cashews. Sue (from Pickering) Mom to , 4.5, formerly?
