Guest guest Posted October 16, 2009 Report Share Posted October 16, 2009 I just got a call back from DAN's office because I had asked if there was anything I could do instead of just riding out the gluten withdrawal (increased aggression, hyperactivity, anxiety) for our 10 yo (we are on day 16 of GF) . I was told two things: l-theanine spray to help him with anxiety and the second was to make sure I am not using too much rice because it contains alot of sugar in it. This was a surprise to me because all the GF cookbooks I've been reading use rice flour in combo with others and I have not seen this warning.
