Guest guest Posted April 21, 2004 Report Share Posted April 21, 2004 Hi Dorie, We were only GFCF for 2 1/2 weeks. Then we switched to SCD, started goat yogurt at 3 1/2 months, and now we do cow. You should probably start it dairy free just so you don't confuse die-off with milk intolerance, but once the die-off is under control, you could go ahead and try yogurt. Guest guest Posted April 21, 2004 Report Share Posted April 21, 2004 Luke is just as you describe - HF (Asperger's) and was not CF, we'd tried it in past and dropped it, though he never drank straight milk he did have cheese, butter, etc before SCD. The only diet we had him on when starting SCD was Feingold (modified). I did not start SCD CF either, and jumped right in with the yogurt after only couple of weeks. He also still gets cheese, etc. He is doing great.
