Thanks Kate. I do keep track of it all. I want to try the 28 day program

but Im waiting tell I can print it out. Right now I use printer paper and a

ruler and made my own custom charts to keep track of it all. Then I bring it

to the doctors when I go and let her see it. I think Im falling in a food

rut. I keep eating the same thing over and over that I know wont effect my

sugars. Then I find myself so bored with the food that I dont want to eat so

I wait a long time between eating the last few days. I gathered some new

recipes and made a grocery list. Im going to try some new things starting

tomarrow. fran

You mentioned a 28 day program. Can you explain this are how I can find a

copy or information about this?
