Right now I use printer paper and a ruler and made my own custom charts to keep track of it all. Then I bring it to the doctors when I go and let her see it. I think Im falling in a food rut. I keep eating the same thing over and over that I know wont effect my sugars. Then I find myself so bored with the food that I dont want to eat so I wait a long time between eating the last few days.
