1st Creatinine clearance test.

I have just received my test results for Creatinine Clearance.

it in Canadian lab measurements.

Blood Serum Creatinine is 47 (normal 50-100)..I was told it was low

due to Iron supplement i am on...(due to very low Ferritin...keeping

anemia at bay)

Creatinine 24h U was 14.2 (normal 5.2-14.1)

Creatinine Clearance was 2.57 (normal 1.20-2.20 ml/s/1. 73m**2 bsa)

Its out of range....but at what point should i be concerned, and

insist on referral to nephrologist?

I was diagnosed with IgA nephropathy over a year ago.

and have consistenly had microscopic hematuria..since then

with protenuria...when i have upper respiratory infections.

I have only had one episode of gross hematuria.
