Sounds like my 8 year old daughter. No matter what I put in mouth she asks

if Im suppose to eat that...lol I cant eat any pudding at all. It will shoot

my sugars up so high. Pudding has a TON of sugar in it. It will keep me high

for hours. fran

They do make sugar free puddings that taste just as good as the real thing.

Kroger's store brand is particularly good.

Buy the Jello sugar free fat free cook or instant pucddings and make

them yourself! I think the cook is best tasting. It just takes 6 minutes

in the micro.

That sounds good. I think I will try the sugar free pudding. I eat sugar

free jello all the time and love it. fran
