It sounds like there was a connection between this rudimentary horn with the other (which is now your UU) but that the cervix didn't meet the rudimentary horn, causing the backflow of menstrual blood on that side. At least, that's what it sounds like to me based on your description. And as says, the terminology is probably UU with a rudimentary horn, and this rudimentary horn has been removed, leaving the UU.
