Zoladex & copper coil anyone?

Hi!

Well I've started the Zoladex (3.6mg), which has been prescribed in

the run up to my septum resection and I was wondering if anyone here

has had it?

So far I'm breaking out in the most incredible sweats, have a

constantly dry throat, have acquired a pizza face and I'm totally

irrational (no change there!!). Yuk. Still, I keep reassuring myself

it is all in a good cause.

I've been told I will be on HRT for a few months after the resection

and that a copper coil will be used to keep the uterus " in-shape " .

At least that sounds slighly more acceptable than the " piece of

metal " it was previously described as! I know it sounds silly, but I

can't bear the idea of this coil - has anyone ever had one?
