My blood sugar was 115 after lunch and is now 120 and im feeling sick. I

feel awful and shakey. When will this stop and when will I get use to

this normal blood sugar.

Yes, your body will adjust to the lower numbers. I used to feel low at the

same numbers when i was diagnosed last Spring. Now i have had numbers as low

as 50 and feel fine, but then there are still days when i have a fast drop and

will feel low at even 100 if it's a sharp drop!

You have, apparently, been having high BS for so long that your body has

forgotten what normal BS feels like. I don't know how long this will go

on--it varies with the individual--but eventually you will get to where

your body will re-learn what 'normal' is.
