Guest guest
Has anyone here in the US found Splenda in the tiny pill form? . . . 200 in a very small purse-size dispenser pack. The older non-sugar sweeteners have been available in this form for years and, more recently, aspartame (Equal), but I've never seen Splenda available here in that form. I found it in a few grocery stores in New Zealand in May (and brought home a bunch!) but still haven't seen it here. Has anyone else? Guest guest
You got me curious about it cause that would be very handy for me rather than having packets which sometimes spring leaks in my purse for traveling and eating in restaurants. So the Splenda website didn't have them but there is a seller from the UK selling them pretty cheap on ebay and they ship world wide, here is one of his auctions: eBay item 4310930074 (Ends Jul-06-04 05:38:48 PDT) - 5 x 100 SPLENDA TABLETS (Sweetener) Don't worry i won't be fighting anyone for them....i'm tight on money but i put him in my fav places to bid on at another time! =)

I checked the back of my container and it says " & Pacific . .. . Australia - Fiji - New Zealand . . . Made in Australia from local and imported ingredients. " The tablets/containers I purchased in New Zealand were packaged similarly to the one pictured on Ebay but the graphic on the container front was different and mine has contents of 200 (vs. 100). The Ebay seller's price is not wholly out of line (for the quantities being sold), even with pricey shipping from UK. I paid US equivalent of about $3.15 per container of 200 in NZ. I checked the Splenda web site (www.splenda.com) and it states: " Now available . . . in two forms . . . Available in 50 packet carton, 100 packet carton, 200 packet carton, 1lb. granular, 2 lb. granular, and the new 5 lb. granular Baker's Bag. " No tablet form in the US. :-( I found the Australia Splenda ( & ) site http://www.jnjaust.com.au/brands/splenda_prod.jsp?rid=cat220231 & cid=cat20028 and it has the granular and the tablets but no packets. Go figure. Sandy
Guest guest
Be REAL careful buying nutrition and drug products from overseas So the Splenda website didn't have them but there >is a >seller from the UK selling them pretty cheap on ebay and they ship world >wide, >here is one of his auctions: eBay item 4310930074 (Ends Jul-06-04 05:38:48 >PDT)
Guest guest
I always buy my Splenda tabs from the UK and have never had a problem!! But then I live in the UK (if that makes a difference). If anyone's really desperate to get some I'd be happy to buy them at my local supermarket (they are readily available here)and post them on.
