Casey was not cooperating at all, after all he is three. Tessa was actually the easy one. She didn't cry once. She just kept trying to eat her dress. So between trying to keep Casey out of Tessa shots and keep her dress down, I was sweating bucket by the end of the session. But as you can see it was all worth it. Then when Tessa was having her pictures done, he wanted to get in, I couldn't win. I'm glad I did him at the same time though. I have a frame with places for two pictures - it says on the mat in the middle - These are children God gave me... I'm going to put a picture of & Sasha on one side and the picture of Casey & Tessa on the other. It's been under my desk in my office for two years now. I can finally use it - yippee! It's funny, I can look at all the old pictures and remember the day I took them like it was yesterday. Thankfully you forget about how stressed your were at the time. I'm a picture nut, but the way I look at it, that's all you have to remember how sweet they were as baby's once they are all grown up. And it goes by so fast - doesn't it? Guest guest Posted May 26, 2001 Report Share Posted May 26, 2001 Jo-Ann, I was supposed to start the shots this weekend actually, but when I went to the RE for the final consult. he informed me that I could not start this month. The IVFlab shuts down for 2 weeks during the middle of June and I can't start without them, so... I have been waiting to start since Feb. and this was kind of a bummer. You can only get yourself psyched so many times. I was waiting to summer because I am off during the summer! I only have 6 days of work left. I am a school social worker and I wanted to do IVF after the school yr. One less stressor to worry about! Thanks for asking. Take care all. Keep me in your thoughts. I will start at the end of June now.
