Bruce, your menu looks so healthy and you are so good to stick to it.

You all are really helping me by posting your menus! it gives me ideas.

This is typical for me:

Breakfast: two hard boiled eggs, four strips of turkey bacon, tea

Lunch: Beef summer sausage and cheddar cheese on thin-sliced rye bread;

salad with Italian dressing; tea (mint)

Dinner: Some sort of meat, two vegetables, a salad with some sort of

vinagrette dressing; fruit or sugar-free pudding or geleten for dessert;

wine.

Thank you. Yes, I have lost a lot of weight. Gone from a 48 " waist to

a 42 " . Want to loose more. Ride my bicycle everywhere.

Good for you Bruce! I've lost 30 pounds myself. 4 inches off the hips and 5

inches of the waist. Even 2 inches off the bustline :-)
