I thought my m/c was completed in the one day where the pain and bleeding was the most intense (a Sunday) but on the following Tuesday, I passed another large " sac " (placenta? I'm not really sure) and only after that did the cramps really diminish. Your uterus may still be cleaning out. I also had a very very heavy period the first cycle after this m/c. As opposed to after D & C, when I did not have cramps or a heavy AF afterwards. Hope you and DH are doing ok.
