Guest guest
Hey, Carol, don't sweat it. . . that's what life is all about . . . live and learn! Good luck with eliminating the coffee. Let us know how it goes. Terry
Guest guest
That's quite possible Carol, especially if you aren't using whipping cream in your coffee. Coffee cream or Blend have more carbs than whipping cream. And coffee and tea both add up too. Processed cheese slices have more carbs than regular cheese too. I find fitday a wonderful tool just because you can't fool yourself into thinking things don't count - I'm bad at guesstimating on the low side so I can squeeze in more goodies Kirstie
Guest guest
I know how y'all feel, I've just given up coffee at work. When I ran out of cream I just didn't buy anymore, and somehow it isn't too appetizing w/ the cream. I have absolutly no will power. I do pretty good staying Atkins-legal, but I eat a lot of legal stuff LOL and oh how I hate to give it up! Beth in TX Who needs to lose 10 lbs ASAP for a trip in 2 weeks! Guest guest
Okay guys, since I am the newbie, can somebody tell me what and where fitday is. I gather its a carb counter, but where can I find it. I was taking in like 40-50g of carbs a day because I never did the induction part of the diet. Thats where I lost the most weight. Now that I am going back and doing the induction part, I am not losing. I might be carb counting too much! smile....I would like to see where I stand in regards to fit day! Thanks! > I am using fitday for the first time today. > I entered in 2 mugs coffee with 2oz. cream, and 2 slices Cheddar cheese. > It says I have already used 7 carbs!!! > Can this be true??? > Carol H. Guest guest
Think how boring life would be if we quit learning new things. See, you can teach an old dog new tricks. (Just kidding about the old part You have convinced me that I need to start using fitday too so I can make sure my carb count is good. Thanks for the post, Stacey in SC >>>Oh well live and learn. Guest guest
Okay, I have entered in everything that has went into my mouth today, and exactly what I am having for dinner. The only thing that I could not figure out how to do was to inter the Atkins rolls into it. Can someone tell me what to put for the boxes when customizing it? At least I assume it has to go in that way, but I have been known to be wrong `~` So far I am at 17 carbs after entering in my dinner foods. But I know that the rolls have some carbs also. Any help would be great. Carol H.
