I'm so full with the other two meals that I'm forcing myself to have dinner. Last night I had a chicken Caesar salad, which I only ate half, and I could not even keep it down. I'm wondering what I am doing wrong. I have never been a big protein eater (but a carbo junkie) and maybe my body is just going through a fit right now because of the large amount of protein or a withdraw because of low amount of carbs.
