Prodigy Voice Software

Hi,

Has anyone been able to download results from their Prodigy Voice meter to

their computer? I have tried to do this without any success.

I connect the meter to my computer and I hear my computer beep that it has a

new device connected and the Prodigy Voice plays the message that it is

connected to the computer. Now, this is where the problems start.

I have downloaded the software from ProdigyMeter.com and installed it on my

computer with no problem. When I run the Prodigy meter software, I am placed

in some sort of screen which asks me for a name, birth date and a check box

for male or female. After entering this information, there is no button,

link or instruction for what to do next. There are no menus to access any

other options.

If anyone has downloaded results from their Prodigy Voice to their computer,

can they tell me what they did?

Hi ,

I am going to get back to you on this. DDI was having some problems which

had to do with Microsoft. Thanks for your patience and letting me know

about the problem.

Hello everyone,

The reason you have not heard back regarding the Voice software is

because

they have no solution as of yet. The problem has something to do with

the

workings of Microsoft not making the software accessible. They are still

working at it with Microsoft. Sorry for all the inconvenience and thanks

for your continued patience. I will forward all yaur concerns to the

people

in charge of this. The Prodigy Voice cable is available for purchase

now.
