Guest guest
I am writing first time in this group. For three months I was following SBD but slowly I started eating things we shouldn't eat. When I was on diet I lost more than 10 pounds, now I am so scared to get on the scale. I really want to start over but it is very hard to stop the urges. But these emails are giving me hope. I should get back on track. Guest guest
Hi!! Good to hear from you....you are not alone! I went off the SBD for a while and fortunately for me I only gained back 4 pounds. It was harder to get re-started than it was to get started in the first place, but I am taking it a little at a time. Once I had a full day completed, I felt much more confident...and it's getting a little easier every day. YOU can do it too! Make small goals...try to do good for the next few hours, and go from there. The longer you resist the food you should avoid, the stronger you become....best of luck to you!!
