It helps so much to be able to come to the board and read about how everyone else is doing..The last couple of days have been really rough, symptom wise...and I have been feeling so out-of-sorts...Even though I didn't post..It is always such a relief to come to a place where I feel like everyone understands those horrible days and I don't have to make excuses for how much I hurt...or gloss over how bad it is...Absolutely no guilt for saying I felt like crap and just cried cause I don't want to hurt anymore... As wierd as this may sound..it helps just to know that you guys are OUT there...somewhere...knowing how I feel..and that you are getting thru your day...So that must mean I can get through mine *grin* Thank you SOooo much for being there Chiari friends..You are making a world of difference in my life....
