I want to pass on a long overdue thanks to ! !. If it hadn't been

for her suggestion about getting super flexible walking shoes and having them

half - soled, with leather, I would still be in one heck of a mess. I am a

shuffler with slight toe drop. The perfect candidate for tripping and going down

face first with some ER room type damage. I think I can match my early fall

record (4-5per day), with most of the heavy hitters here on FRIENDS.. With the

leather half soles I have almost eliminated the tripping, whether I am using a

cane, walker or no walking aids at all.
