Guest guest
Sandy, I locked my son in his room to protect him from the girls and he soon climbed out his window. There is nothing we can do to protect them except be there when they fall. My son is now 21 and he's a great guy. He's in college and works part time. I couldn't be prouder of him, but he did have his struggles. All boys do. I'm sure he will do fine, he has you for his mother. Your love and concern says everything. Sandy <dusty.com@...> wrote: Dede my son is very handsome. I hope it does not go to his brain. Dede should I lock him in his room and throw away the keys? The girls are already goo goo eyed over him. No worry, my son is not really hurt at all. This is what I mean Dede. !! This child has more pains than any woman with implants. I just dropped him off for football practice. He has been at the gym building his abs for football practice. This is his first time playing football, Now for the real pain to begin! I know when he gets behind the wheel. My nightmare will begin. Something about most boys. They have no fear... I am to old for all this worriment, Sandy~ Sandy ~ I hope your xray comes out ok, ( rod ok) and that it is just gonna take time for the broken toes to stop throbbing and aching. I am glad you see your doc tomorrow so that you can see what is going on inside your foot ! ! I know when I fell down some stairs a couple years ago, I broke 3 bones in my foot and it was swollen they were all in place though, wore a foot brace about 8 months because I tore ligaments and things. They said I would prob need surgery, I thought.........NOT.......... and I was right.......... Your son is playing football , how kewl, so he is at the gym getting buff, huh? watch out girls ! ! ! I am sorry he has gotten hurt.....boo hoo.....he is at an age where things are hormonal and somewhat out of balance...........poor thing.........thank heavens you wont have one with PMS.........LOL ~ Keep us posted on what the doc says ~ Loveya ~ D . Guest guest
The nature of a child has a huge bearing on how easy/hard it is to raise them . . . Sex doesn't matter . . . I have three kids . . . all have vastly different personalities. Kids don't come with a "How to Raise" manual. All you can do is to do the best you can. Once they're grown, they have to take responsiblity for who/what they become. You can't live their lives for them, or continually pick up the pieces for them. . . Just love them and let them know it. . . They'll usually turn out fine. Rogene
Guest guest
Dear Nan, Have you gotten any type of explaination from Dr Kolb about why the nodes do this? I have had so any tests and have so many nodes and they flare up all the time. The scare me, but no dr. thinks they are a problem... I am still working on getting my implants out and more nodes are popping up all the time over the past few years. I just wonder WHY? Thanks! Guest guest
Katy, Think of the lymph nodes as your trash removal system . . . You fill up the garbage cans daily (lymph nodes) . . . the truck (lymph system) comes by and empties the cans . . . Eventually the trucks empty the trash in the dump (urine and feces). If too much trash accumulates, the cans get overloaded (nodes swell) . . . When the truck (powered by fluids and movement) gets there, they go down again. Nan has a problem with her lymph nodes getting clogged with stuff that blocks the system. Dr. Kolb has been removing the worst of them. That's necessary when the nodes get so terribly inflammed, but not good. One of the problems that occurs when lymph nodes are removed is that some of the lymph pathways are disrupted. This puts extra work on the existing ones. The idea is to drink plenty of fluids and get a moderate amount of exercise so your lymph system keeps flowing. Make sure you have regular bowel movements so the trash doesn't end up being recycled. Hugs, Rogene
Guest guest
Rogene, I loved how clearly you explained that for me! Thank you! My nodes first popped up the year after got implants and have remained permanently clogged/swollen... More have come up over the years, first slowly, now quickly. I just know it is not normal to have all of these lumps even when my Dr.s aren't wooried abou them. Guest guest
Katy, Usually there's nothing to worry about . . . Your body is just doing what it's supposed to do . . . When they get like Nan's - when you massage them, they pop, and you feel horribly ill - there's something to be concerned about. Hopefully your lymph nodes will never reach that point. It's obvious your body has been trying to get rid of the trash ever since those toxic implants arrived. . . Just do your part to help out. Once those implants are removed, your lymph system is going to start celebrating! . . . Rogene
Guest guest
Rogene, yes I hope very much that they will settle down once the implants are out. I am no Dr, but it is quite obvious to me that they are in a direct chain from under arms, up neck and head, one after the other... I will help them in the meantime as best I can... Poor glands! They do get quite inflamed if I rub them, but I hate touching them so usually do not.. Thank you for the re-assurance! I will make sure my surgeon (when I finally find him/her) checks them out! Well, I cant anyway.....but, they can raise the rent on the land anytime they want to, and it is never yours ! ! Somehow I got to get well, find a nice place to live with not so many responsibilities. I have the biggest lawn here, and it is big ! This house is 3 bedroom, and 1645 sq feet, and far too much for me to clean. Only I live here.........I have had it 10 years now, back when kids lived at home, now it is time to do for me ! ! Only problem.........funds....... Well, God will lead me in the right direction when it is time........so we shall see. Hugs ~ DedeSee what's free at AOL.com. Guest guest
Sandy, My family has also had problems with my illness concerning my implants, although my sister got her implants on the same day as I did. Families are funny. I have found more support right here than anyplace. This is where I know I can turn. They don't help me with my kids or anything and this is O.K. God will see me through. Love Sandy <dusty.com@...> wrote: I am not offended at all, you hit the nail on the head we're on the same page. I bet there are many woman who do not get family support either. It's bad enough when the medical field turns their back on implant illness. Sadder yet, when your own family turns their backs and rolls their eyes. Oh well we have each other at I hope the comments I made about no family support didnt offend you any if so, please except my humble apologies ! Love and Hugs ~ Dede Be a better Globetrotter. Guest guest
Sheesh! Sue, this just shows that tests cannot be relied upon! Treat for your symptoms! You most certainly appear to have an adrenal issue that looks like high cortisol. You may want to take all of this information to Dr. Myhill and see what she says. If so, yes, after time your body could now be stirring up things, and it could have slowly grown a nasty soup in there.
